BARN BEER - (5.5%abv)
The Beer of the Barn; Lemon/pine hop notes. Subtly tart, soft, juicy & satisfying, dances btw fruity & funky.

BELTANE - (6.5%abv)
a Barn Beer fermented on watermelons, strawberries, red & black currants with a touch of mint, aged in oak. Bottle conditioned. 

PEPPER - (5.5%abv)
a Barn Beer with a mix of hot peppers grown on the farm - blend: biquinho, lemon jalapeno, aja charapita, chocolate habanero, peach reaper. Bottle conditioned.

ROSSI PRIMAVERA - (6.5%abv)

100% NY ingredient wild ale aged in oak, brewed with dandelion, cherries, lavender & mint. Inspired by the amaro culture of Italy, this was a collaborative effort with the Poughkeepsie, NY institution of Rossi & Sons. Pairs tart, sweet and bitter farmed & foraged ingredients.

100% spontaneous ale, turbid-mashed & long boiled, coolship overnight, aged in oak on NY Morello cherries from Wright Farms (Gardiner, NY)
