In the pursuit of creating something purely unique, brewer Evan Watson and his wife Emily opened up Plan Bee Farm Brewery, where they not only brew beers specific to the Hudson Valley terroir, but spare no detail in crafting a product unlike any other.

Husband and wife Evan and Emily Watson left their lives in New York City to open up Plan Bee Farm Brewery in upstate New York. Using all local ingredients including yeast cultivated from their own beehives, they produce beers that are unique and authentic to the Hudson Valley region while remaining sustainable.

Located in Poughkeepsie, New York, Plan Bee Farm Brewery is doing what many 'Farm Breweries' are not, and that means using the terms defined by the state of New York with their farm brewers license to create beer using ingredients found entirely within the state.
