HIVE #1 - (10%abv)

GIANT Barn Beer: Brewed with the most malt we have used to date. Aged & hopped in a spruce & beeswax pitched barrel with a lot of local Chinook hops. Pours perfectly with hues of yellow & orange, pillowy creamy head that sticks around. Aromas of pineapple candy, aged hops & citrus. Explosive tropical fruit flavors; pineapple & mango.  

HIVE #2 - (10%abv)

Spirit Labs whiskey barrel 6 months aged with blackberry wild ale. Exciting aromas of fruited cigar. The wood & berries play nicely together. Its tart with subtle seeded fruit, nice barrel finish. Very intriguing, brings you back to another sip. Will age nicely if you want to cellar this one.

HIVE #3 - (10%abv)

Spirit Labs whiskey barrel 6 months aged with blueberry wild ale. Colors of auburn & violet, aromas of berry custard & whiskey wood. Drinks almost like wine with light sour oak on the finish. Tannins with slight cinnamon. 

HIVE #4 - (5.5%abv)

a 100% NY ingredient wild ale drawing inspiration from our garden, Thai inspired flavor profile with our farm grown thai peppers, lemongrass, & thai basil. Red pepper heat against a rich herbaceous base. Bright lemon acidity with some basil tang.

HIVE #5 - (4.5%abv)

100%NY ingredient wild ale brewed with roasted wheat aged in oak on black walnuts from our trees & fennel from our garden, fermented with our  house culture. Rich roasted base beer with nutty, oily, baking spice notes and slight fresh licorice aromatics

HIVE #6 - (5.5%abv)

100%NY ingredient wild ale brewed with roasted wheat aged in oak with spruce tips, fermented with our house culture. Our Family Holiday Tradition involves a visit to our neighbors at Solvang Christmas Tree Farm, we choose a tree, hand-saw it, and walk it home after a warm beverage from their cute Christmas shack. This beer was created with the Solvang Family by collecting the spring spruce tips from the younger trees and aging a dark Barn Beer base on top of the tips in an oak vessel pitched with Spruce resin. Evergreen aromatics with sweet grapefruit and pineapple gummy bear notes.
