Every ingredient in this bottle was grown on our humble farm in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Danko Rye comprise 100% of the grist, and was harvested with the help of our 1947 Allis-Chalmers antique combine. Our Cascade hops were hand-picked and added to the coolship directly from the bine. The water is from our 603 ft well. The mixed culture from our beehives.
