Rooted is a seasonal retreat series held at Plan Bee Farm Brewery designed to align your experience with the rhythm of the year, intentionally blending mindfulness, movement, and seasonally-based practices to leave you feeling more connected.

75-min Yoga class
45-min Expressive movement practice
60-min Acupressure + Ayurvedic seasonal learning session
60-min Farm-to-glass craft beer tasting with Plan Bee's brewers + a look into their local, sustainable brewing practices
Lunch and light snacks throughout
