Barn Beer - (5.5% abv)
100% NYS ingredients: 6-row organic barley from Stone House Farms and malted at Germantown Beer Farm (Germantown, NY), hopped with Perle, Cascade & Nugget from Gro-Moore Farms in Henrietta, NY and fermented with a wild yeast culture from our raw honey and honey comb from our bees on the farm in Poughkeepsie, NY. Coolship cooled and fermented in open HV white oak. Juicy & satisfying, dances btw fruity&funky yeast, lemon/pine hop notes. Subtly tart, soft, & lemony.
our coriander aged in freshly dumped Hillrock bourbon barrels. Amber in color, easy drinking, mildly tart.

Copperqueen - (5.5% abv)
a small batch barrel aged sour aged on white mulberries, lilac
Flavors of strong peach candy & Meyer lemons. Slight Funk and Pretty Sour.
Pitz - (6% abv)
Juicy, Tangy, & Tart- NY Wild Ale coolship cooled, & aged in oak with whole peaches and their pits.

well balanced wild ale with organic rainbow carrots and ginger from Poughkeepsie Farm Project, juicy sweet hint of carrot juice with a little zing of ginger on the finish, hello Spring!

a barrel aged sour fermented on local beets, a brilliant deep red, balanced with bright tartness and sweet, earthy beet.

Our annual barrel blend from our cellar w/ a blend of barrels that were all brewed in 2017 - including wine barrels, neutral oak barrel & whiskey barrels. Layers of complexity, this one ages in the bottle well as the beers marry together.
