BARN BEER - (5.5% abv)
100% NYS ingredients: 6-row organic barley from Stone House Farms and malted at Germantown Beer Farm (Germantown, NY), hopped with Perle, Cascade & Nugget from Gro-Moore Farms in Henrietta, NY and fermented with a wild yeast culture from our raw honey and honey comb from our bees on the farm in Poughkeepsie, NY. Coolship cooled and fermented in open HV white oak. Juicy & satisfying, dances btw fruity&funky yeast, lemon/pine hop notes. Subtly tart, soft, & lemony.
COPPERQUEEN - (5.5% abv)
a small batch barrel aged sour aged on white mulberries, lilac and flowers from tulsi basil, beautiful with layers of fruit and flowers. m
KEVBO - (7.2% abv)
a hoppy wild ale with proprietary hops - Michigan Copper. An easy drinking summer beer with notes of tropical punch, black cherry, hard red candy and hibiscus pollen
TODDY - (6.5% abv)
barrel aged sour in whiskey barrels w/ 120# of raw honey & our farm grown lemon verbena, the essentials of a 'hot toddy' cocktail.
PICKLEBACK - (6% abv)
barrel aged sour in whiskey barrels w/ organic cucumbers & dill. Tastes like a sour pickle with oak & whiskey finish.
PITZ - (6% abv)
Juicy, Tangy, & Tart- NY Wild Ale coolship cooled, & aged in oak with whole peaches and their pits. Flavors of strong peach candy & Meyer lemons. Slight Funk and Pretty Sour.
GINGER RAINBOW - (5.5% abv)
well balanced wild ale with organic rainbow carrots and ginger from Poughkeepsie Farm Project, juicy sweet hint of carrot juice with a little zing of ginger on the finish, hello Spring!

a barrel aged sour fermented on local beets, a brilliant deep red, balanced with bright tartness and sweet, earthy beet.
DANDELIAISON - (6.5%abv)
our annual Spring wild ale w/ dandelion flowers picked from the farm & 120# of raw honey, open fermented in oak. Notes of flower nectar, honey ferment, and oak.
ORCHARD - (5%abv)
a wild crabapple picked from our orchard blended with our wild ale and aged in red wine barrels for 8 months.
BOUQUET - (6%abv)
barrel aged wild ale with black locust blossoms from our trees on the farm. Delicate and floral notes.
WILD MT HONEY (6.5%)
wild ale w/organic wheat & 120# of raw local honey, very dry & juicy, with a light tang, tropical fruit, citrus, & floral honey aromas & flavors.
